Should Cacao Clinc chocolate be taken as food or supplement (Natural Health Product)?
All our products are food. Some of them are ordinary food, while others are “supplemented food" as defined by Health Canada, with a banner on the top right corner of the product package.

Can I eat Cacao Clinic chocolate as regular chocolate?
You can eat it as a regular chocolate, but please follow the instructions in the “caution" section on the package, with regard to daily maximum quantities and conflicts with other food and/or natural health products.
Can I eat Cacao Clinic chocolate mainly for its health benefits?
Yes, of course. But please follow the cautions and other instructions on the back of the package.
Are you the first to make chocolate with health promoting ingredients?
We have seen chocolate infused with some health ingredients, but we believe Cacao Clinic is the first to invent and produce a whole line of natural health chocolate.
What is point of putting vitamins into chocolate?
First of all, it's delicious! Secondly, chocolate protects vitamins through the digestive tract and helps their absorption by the human body.
Can a child eat Cacao Clinic chocolate?
Some of our products are not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Please refer to the "caution" section on the back of the package.
How do I know that Cacao Clinic chocolate is safe and the labels are accurate?
We take food safety as the number one priority in formulation and production of Cacao Clinic chocolate. We follow all rules and regulations of Health Canada and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regarding manufacturing practice and labeling requirement.
Where is Cacao Clinic chocolate made?
Cacao Clinic chocolate is manufactured and packaged in Quebec, Canada.
How to store Cacao Clinic chocolate?
Similar to other chocolate, Cacao Clinic chocolate should be stored in room temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
What if my chocolate has melted and re-hardened?
Cacao Clinic chocolate will melt at around 30°C, and harden again when cooled. It's safe to eat re-solidified chocolate even though it may look and taste less appealing.
What is your return/refund policy?
Generally we do not accept returns. If you've received defective or damaged products. Please email us at info@cacaoclinic.com, with a description of your issue, and photos. We'll get in touch to solve the problem.
When will my order ship?
Orders received on business days before 17:00 will be shipped the next business day, via Canada Post or UPS.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately currently we do not ship outside of Canada.

Cacao Clinic chocolate is now available for purchase on our website. Very soon you'll see our products on the shelves of some groceries, health food stores and pharmacies.
How to make my health food store carry Cacao Clinic chocolate?
You can help us expand our retail network by asking your health food store to consider our products. If your store puts our chocolate on its shelves, we'll send you, as a gift, five bags of Cacao Clinic chocolate of your choice.

Does Cacao Clinic chocolate taste the same as real chocolate?
All our chocolate tastes similar to pure craft chocolate, while each product brings its own exquisite and tasty flavors.
Is Cacao Clinic chocolate certified organic?
Although we do not have an organic certification, over 95% of our ingredients are certified organic. As a small family business, we would rather spend time and money doing things that really matter to our clients.
